We also offer bespoke mindfulness programmes for students. These include a version of the standard 8-week Breathing Space in Schools (BSIS) programme, adapted if you need it over fewer weeks.
For pupils who have completed the BSIS programme, we offer follow-on courses which are usually 4 weeks long, such as Mindful Communication, Digital Detox, Mindfulness Outdoors, Mindful Writing and Mindful Art.
